Abstract

Leaders must understand the essential characteristics and realities of creating an evidence-driven organization. It is especially important to comprehend and apply sound leadership and management of infrastructure, processes, and behaviors that incorporate evidence in every aspect of clinical practice. Evidence-driven practice is no longer optional and is now a fundamental leadership requisite in all clinical settings.
