Abstract

A qualitative analysis of 1-year alumni surveys provided the basis for developing evidence-based curricular strategies to better prepare BSN graduates for their transition into practice. The authors discuss study results, curricular strategies initiated, and beginning feedback regarding their effectiveness in preparing BSN graduates for practice.
