CATHETER-ASSOCIATED URINARY TRACT INFECTION (CAUTI) is a preventable complication. Many guidelines developed to prevent CAUTI are directly under nurses' control. How knowledgeable are nurses about best practices for eliminating CAUTI, and how well do healthcare facilities support these best practices? Help us gather information about current nursing knowledge and practice by responding to this survey. We'll publish an analysis of results, including references, in a future issue of Nursing2010.

You can respond to this survey online at http://www.nursing2010.com. Or, photocopy and fax this page to 215-367-2155 or mail it to Nursing2010 Survey, 323 Norristown Road, Suite 200, Ambler, PA 19002. Deadline for responses is April 30, 2010.

All questions in this survey pertain to your primary work setting. Share this survey with colleagues and encourage them to respond. Include any additional comments on a separate sheet.
