Hawaii CE Requirements for License Renewal
As a nurse in the state of Hawaii, you are required to earn continuing education to renew your active license. All of our CE activities are accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Please ensure that any activity meets the requirements of your state board of nursing.
Renewal Requirements
RN
- Every two years
- 30 hours of continuing education
LPN
- Every two years
- 30 hours of continuing education
Advanced Practice
- Every 2 years
- 30 hours of continuing education, of which at least 8 hours in pharmacology and 22 hours in your practice specialty
