At first glance, these 3 Sigma Theta Tau books seem unrelated. But looking deeper, I knew at least 1 contributor from each book and on an even closer inspection, the 3 books talk about collaboration [horizontal ellipsis] with peers to implement evidence-based practice, with patients to achieve synergy and with our international counterparts to spread and share knowledge throughout the world. In fact, 2 of the books were collaboration between Sigma Theta Tau and another institution. At a stressful time in our own country and particularly within our profession, the idea of collaboration to achieve quality outcomes is both good and necessary.
