ABSTRACT: The purpose of this column is to highlight common medications in clinical dermatology-specifically, their usage, efficacy, side effects, and available alternatives. In this article, we discuss the mechanism of action, clinical use, secondary effects, and principle alternatives of topical bimatoprost 0.03% (trade name, Latisse).
