| Dear
Subscriber,
Technology and communication
are changing faster than ever. In addition to family, friends,
neighbors, and colleagues, many of us now have friends on
Facebook, followers on twitter, connections on LinkedIn, and
other social media contacts.
Not only are these social
media sites expanding our personal lives, but our professional
lives as nurses as well. Access to health information and
news is literally at our fingertips. We can easily network
with potential employers and other nurses. Keeping up with
the latest information from professional nursing organizations
is also that much easier.
The possibilities are
endless; however, being educated about the different experiences
offered is critical to safely share personal information.
Take some time to read the articles in More Resources to learn
more about social media and information sharing.
Don't miss our next issue
for National Nutrition Month,
plus the latest articles and CEs.
