This issue's CEU feature is a research article exploring ethical climate in for-profit, nonprofit, and government skilled nursing facilities. This article builds on several articles published in prior years in this journal regarding ethical climates in other types of facilities, both in this country and abroad. Our other feature article this issue is an interesting discussion of the ethics of providers terminating a care relationship when parents refuse to allow their children to be immunized. This is a timely article, given significant national press on this dilemma.
