On pages 67 and 68 of the article that appeared in the January/February 2012 issue, the article incorrectly referred to "corn" when "wheat" was meant. The second sentence of the first paragraph of the Discussion section on p. 67 should read "Celiac disease is characterized by intolerance of gluten that is a storage protein found in wheat." On p. 68, the first sentence of the second complete paragraph on the page should read "The patient was also taught that the international symbol of gluten-free products is a crossed grain symbol."
