In the article that appeared on page 219 of the July/August issue, the figures that appeared in the print issue were unreadable as a result of low-resolution figure files being supplied to the printer. The online version of the article includes readable, high-resolution figures, and the article has been reprinted below in its entirety with high-resolution figures in place.
