In the May/June 2019 issue of Journal of Head Trauma Rehabilitation, in the article by Sima and colleagues,1 "Using Decision Tree Methodology to Predict Employment After Moderate to Severe Traumatic Brain Injury," Figure 1, showing reasons for exclusion from the sample studies, was incorrect. Specifically, there were both a significant underestimation of individuals who had died after traumatic brain injury and an overestimation of missing data rates due to factors other than death. The error did not change the sample studied.
