Gung Ho!! Turn on the People in Any Organization is bound to peek the interest of anyone who works in an organization.The authors tell a story through the eyes of a new business leader and a division manager, who teaches how to boost enthusiasm and increase productivity using 3 principles:The Spirit of the Squirrel, the Way of the Beaver, and the Gift of the Goose.The future of healthcare may depend on all levels of providers working as a team.The author shows how she used the 3 principles to help students learn about the "power of the team" in a professional issues class intended to prepare students for their future role as professional nurses.
