It goes without saying that when we heard 2020 was the Year of the Nurse, the current healthcare crisis is not what we had in mind. The first half of the year has presented unprecedented challenges and has led us to new experiences and a new normal in every corner of our lives. On the front lines, all healthcare workers have demonstrated innovation, creativity, expertise, compassion, and strength beyond measure. We are so proud of our neonatal nursing community.

Even in times of a global pandemic, life goes on in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and our patient population needs us more than ever. It has never been more important to lean into your NANN community, connect with each other, and lift each other up. NANN is here for you during these challenging times.

NANN'S COVID-19 RESOURCES AND UPDATES

As we all learn more about and manage the impact of the global outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), NANN will provide updated information and resources for neonatal nurses. The situation is evolving, and NANN will update this page regularly as new information becomes available. Get the latest at http://nann.org/coronavirus.

VIEW NANN CONFERENCE SESSIONS AND EARN FREE CNE

During these challenging times, our neonatal nurses do not need to worry about anything other than their important work on the front lines. As education events are cancelled or postponed, it may be difficult to meet annual CNE requirements. We'd like to assist, at no cost to you.
