These stories share what extraordinary care looks like to the nominator as they describe their relationship with their nurse and communicate a profound sense of gratitude that goes beyond the moment of care. This sense of gratitude can have a transcending impact on others, including healthcare organizations, as demonstrated by one family's experience.
