Abstract
ABSTRACT: For 50 years, Medical Ministry International has provided healthcare relief and development in 30 countries. Interprofessional teams of local and visiting volunteer workers promote healthcare sustainability, which has become more attainable with the addition of integrated health education based on Jesus' model of wholeness. Instructors teach basic health concepts to community residents while relating truths about God and his Word. Long-term change is evident when teams return to previously visited sites.
