The Family Centered Care Map, an interactive Web-based tool, has moved. Its new Web address is http://www.fccmap.org/. The Family Centered Care (FCC) Map is a tool created to help NICU care providers and others provide family-centered care to infants and families. The FCC Map is the work of NICU care providers from 3 centers within the Vermont Oxford Network in collaboration with families and experts in family-centered care. The aim of the FCC Map is to enhance the ability of the healthcare team to partner with families to coordinate and deliver care in a holistic manner to meet the developmental, physical, and psychosocial needs of NICU patients and their families.
