Guidelines of Care for the Management of Primary Cutaneous Melanoma (2019)

A primary cutaneous melanoma is any primary melanoma lesion, regardless of tumor thickness, without any signs of clinical or histologic involvement of local or metastatic invasion. One of the important prognostic factors for primary cutaneous melanoma is the dermal mitotic rate.
