Abstract
ABSTRACT: Teamwork is a widely used term to describe two or more people working together well. This article describes a special kind of teamwork in nursing-when nurses come together in a supportive way that enables them to be more than they could be alone to accomplish difficult tasks and provide the best in patient care and healthcare leadership.
