Abstract
ABSTRACT: Given the growing need for nurses, this study explored the presence in nurses of the seven motivational gifts given in the biblical passage of Romans 12:3-8, and relationships between the gifts and nurses' job satisfaction and person-job fit. Results confirm Romans 12 motivational gifts in nurses and suggest potential usefulness in knowing nurses' gift profiles for recruitment, job satisfaction, and job placement.
