The authors present additional information between exercises and Web links for more information to unfold that case study. The additional information is presented clearly with tables and figures for visualization. At the end of each chapter, the answer key is presented with explanation and rationale of which answer is right, which is wrong and why. This structure of the book is especially valuable for those who would like to utilize the book for self-learning purposes.

Key Points of Chaos and Quantum Theories (Chapter 1, Table 1-1, p. 6) clearly presented organizational nursing levels in relation to chaos and quantum theories. Negative Communication Style (Chapter 3, Figure 3-1, p. 34) is helpful to understand the importance of appropriate communication in order to lead and to follow. For example, Chapter 3 on communication could be utilized for a charge nurse or a preceptor workshop. The communication case study guided a reader to think about confidentiality and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act violations. Chapter 14 provides a tool helpful when preparing for National Council Licensure Examination.

This book can be utilized by nursing students and professional nurses who would like to enhance their leadership and related critical thinking skills. This book can be helpful for clinical nurses who would like to advance in their clinical ladder, because this book can help them to develop their leadership and management skills.
