Abstract
In today's competitive healthcare market, more hospitals are seeking Magnet(R) designation. To meet the expectations for evidence-based practice and research, many organizations are considering the addition of statistical expertise to their team. The authors discuss the benefits of analytical support and integration of a statistician on the team.
