It is with heavy hearts that the Editorial Board and I bid a farewell to Dr. Pat Pohl who is stepping down from her role as a JNPT Associate Editor. Dr. Pohl has given many years of service to the Neurology Section and was among the original members of the Editorial Board appointed by Dr. Judy Deutsch in 2001. In addition she has served as the Vice President and as the Director of Research for the Neurology Section. Her wealth of expertise has long been noticed by other groups, and she has decided that it is time to share her abilities more widely. We will very much miss her well-considered opinions and insightful perspectives, but we look forward to the other creative ways that she will apply her considerable talents to our community of physical therapists.
