On page 66 in Table 2, second bullet point, the text should read, "Prescribed exercise must be limited to 36 sessions carried out over <=12 wk."
On page 67 in the Discussion section, third paragraph, the first sentence should read, "However, evidence suggests that patients with PAD may decline participation due to the inconvenience or difficulty of repeatedly traveling to an exercise center."
