Abstract

Helping students to share clinical and research experiences in a formal and scholarly manner is important in developing future professionals. Student journals enhance student learning and promote publication. They provide a venue to allow faculty to mentor outside the traditional classroom and clinical settings. Hypothesized outcomes include an increase in the number of students and faculty that eventually publish in other journals.
