As we journey into 2020, let our vision for the mission be 20/20 as well. Let us not be myopic: lacking imagination, foresight, or intellectual insight. We are in a time when we must expand albeit no matter how uncomfortable. Let us grow no matter the pains. Let us foster relationships, build one another up, and become bigger and better than we ever were before in an industry that is constantly changing. Change is hard. Scary. Let our collegial partnerships and our nursing leaders guide us to new heights and spread our wings to new horizons. Let us not be afraid of things to come. If we fear what is in front of us, we may not have the courage to open a door ... start a conversation. If we have the courage to open the door, we may find there is nothing to fear at all.

ISPAN is the definitive voice for plastic and aesthetic nursing. Let us not rest on our laurels and prior successes. Let us not become complacent and comfortable with success. The 2019 meeting was enormously successful, so let us work together to help our 2020 meeting grow even more. Raise your voice and let ISPAN sing loud and clear in 2020.

Our membership has the power to affect change, be the change. Be ISPAN.

Cheers to a wonderful year for you, your business, your family, your life.
