DEAR READERS, I'M pleased to say that The Health Care Manager (HCM) will celebrate 40 years of continuous publication at the end of 2020 which is no small feat for any professional, medical, or scientific journal. In celebration, we are featuring a collection of top read articles from the Journal's archives in this issue and the July/September 2020 issue. Additionally, we are dedicating both issues in memory of Charles "Chuck" McConnell, HCM's founding and long-term Editor, whom passed away last year. Lastly, included in this issue is a Call for Editor-in-Chief Applications.
