The role of women in the workplace as managers and staff is fraught with difficulty as we lack the tools to comfortably be in charge when we really want to be friends. The socialization of women in childhood, to play well together and avoid being labeled 'bossy,' causes women managers to experience conflict in the estrogen-laden hierarchy of medicine. Join us as we explore the fine line between 'bossy' and 'boss.'

The diversity of these topics certainly reflects the richness and breadth of our specialty.
