When this article was published in the November 2021 issue, it was inadvertently assigned a new DOI (DOI: 10.1097/01.ASW.0000792916.93340.68) rather than receiving the same DOI as was used when the article published online ahead of print on July 19, 2021 (DOI: 10.1097/01.ASW.0000756676.32202.b1). As a result, for a period of time two versions of this article existed online. This Erratum is being published under the first DOI used for this article to replace that version. The correct DOI to use when citing the article is the one that published with the article in the November 2021 issue: DOI: 10.1097/01.ASW.0000792916.93340.68.
