Since 1991, NOCC has been advocating for the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer. With its firm belief that early awareness is key, NOCC developed programs that focus on the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer to improve patients' survival rate and quality of life. It organizes local fundraisers and has regional support centers to help women and their families know what to look for and when to take action.

RSP aims to raise awareness for women's reproductive health, specifically Black women who are disproportionately affected by ovarian cancer and reproductive diseases. RSP engages communities in conversations about reproductive health through a cultural and social justice lens, recognizing socioeconomic, racial, and health inequalities. They offer programs like "Community and Education Outreach" to Black women and their communities.
