In the article appearing in the March/April 2023 issue of the Journal of Public Health Management & Practice, entitled "Supporting Healthy Aging and Older Adult Health: The Role of State and Territorial Health Agencies" by Pendergrast et al., there was an error.

On pg. 276, in the Promote Fall Prevention and Mobility section, the line "Falls are the leading cause of death in adults 65 years and older," should be corrected to, "Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death in adults 65 years and older."

The authors express their regret for the error.
