Abstract
Graduate nursing programs lack skin tone inclusive dermatology curricula, contributing to significant racial and ethnic health disparities in skin of color. This quality improvement project aimed to determine if skin tone inclusive online dermatology modules could improve students' diagnostic accuracy and self-confidence in evaluating skin disease across the skin tone spectrum. Findings indicated that such modules can be used as a strategy to improve self-confidence and knowledge of skin disease, including the diagnostic distinctions of diverse skin tones. Nurse educators should consider incorporating skin of color content into graduate nursing curricula.
