The purpose of this presentation is to provide participants with a thorough overview of pulmonary anatomy, physiology, and disease entities. Content will include basic anatomy and physiology of the pulmonary system along with chronic diseases of the lung including their causes and current treatments. This presentation is currently utilized as part of the speaker's unit's comprehensive orientation to the pulmonary system and bronchoscopy, and may be useful for attendees in developing orientation materials.
