 What should I do if the CE isn't processed or I'm asked to make a payment?   First, check to make sure that you are properly logged in.  If you are logged in and still unable to access your test results or certificate, please send an email to [email protected] or call us at (800) 787-8985 and provide us with a brief description of the problem, your user ID, the title of the CE, and your contact information.  We'll investigate the problem and get back in touch with you 

 Can I access the nursing journal articles?    Yes, you have access to everything that's available on NursingCenter, and may save articles to your File Drawer.

 Be sure to visit your File Drawer to save and retrieve your CE activities and articles.  Your File Drawer serves as a convenient storage area for your planned, in-progress and completed CE activities.  As long as you're logged in, you can save a CE you've started, and retrieve it for completion at a later time.  You can also view your completed CE activities and access your certificates.  Use the convenient CE Planner to plan and track your CE activities.  Just click the "My NursingCenter" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
